Linda is an experienced healer and teacher, who has been running meditation classes for several years and also facilitates various spiritual workshops at her home in Kent and in Devon.
Sixteen years ago Linda started to approach life in a positive and creative way.
After experiencing many challenges with her family and difficulties with life, she began a two year spiritual healing course with the Kent Healers. This led Linda on a beautiful journey of self discovery, healing energy out of balance within herself, family and home.
Having qualified and registered as a practising healer, she started to share this with others, helping people on their own journey to self-empowerment.
Discovering that meditation enhances this journey she began teaching meditation and running weekly groups.
Linda subsequently sought to expand her capacity to heal and decided to qualify in Reiki at levels 1 and 2.
She believes that there is no one way to help any particular person, and that it is our individuality which should be embraced. As such, she focuses on various types of healing paths.
Additionally, she offers self-help coaching as a part of each healing and meditation session.
She also works with and sells crystals, as well as making various healing sprays with aromatherapy oils and can intuitively prepare these to suit ones needs.
