Meditation Groups

Linda facilitates a number of meditation groups.

Whether you are a beginner or experienced at meditation you are very welcome to
attend any of these sessions:

All groups are held in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Wednesday Evening Group

Meditation is an ancient art, one that has been studied and utilised in most cultures through the ages. Today meditation has become a very widely practised art and its influence is growing rapidly as more people realize the positive attributes of its use. Its application does vary depending on the different views and goals. However, one thing that remains constant is the deep relaxing principles that it holds to and the breathing exercises that make it possible to relax the mind and body and produce a different and more focused and aware state of mind.

Linda has taught varying styles of meditation, but focuses on developing the natural skills of each client and encouraging them to follow their instincts. Each client will be taught several breathing techniques, and different ways in which to relax the body and mind.

Meditation also teaches us to make contact with divine love, bringing insight and spiritual awareness. It opens our chakra's (spiritual energy centres in the physical body) helping us to deepen our intuition so we can make clear decisions in our daily lives. It allows us to relax our bodies and energy fields, focus our minds and listen to the insights of our true self.

Meditation, therefore, has an extremely positive affect on the lives of people that practise it.

 

 

Nature Meditations
10:30 am to 12:30 pm
£10 per person

These will be held on the 2nd Friday of each month.

We meet at one of Linda's favourite locations, close to Tunbridge Wells.

Each session has a different theme.
For example connecting with trees, flowers, water or rocks.

Linda provides insights into the topic, leads a group meditation
and then allows time for private contemplation.

A wonderful way to relax and connect with the
